Highland is leading the construction of a 12,000 sf luxury residential project near Brookline's vibrant Harvard Avenue. The building will house 12 luxury units ranging from studios to 2-bedroom units. Below will house a two story garage complete with 24 parking spaces and a car elevator to reach the lower level. The building will be four stories and will consist of a mix of steel and wood framing. Construction on the building began in the spring of 2019 and is projected to be completed during the fall of 2021.
