Highland is leading the construction of a 43,500 sf residential project near Brookline's Coolidge Corner. The building will house 45 units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units. Below will house a 12,000 sf parking garage complete with 36 parking spaces. The framing of the building will be wood and after completion will total five stories. Construction on the building began in the spring of 2019 and is projected to be completed during the fall of 2021.
