Firehouse Subs is a National franchise with more than 660 locations nationwide and has recently expanded into the Northeast. Highland Development has been the general contractor for all three Massachusetts restaurants and is currently working on additional retail locations in New York, New Hampshire and Maine. Our Team has been proud to partner with local franchises in creating the Firehouse Subs signature look and feel. Each new build-out requires a complete custom installation of millwork, electrical and mechanical systems and each location is designed to incorporate local fire department history and memorabilia.
