Highland has completed numerous projects for the Agassiz Neighborhood Council over the years including the historical renovation and construction of the new Maud Morgan Visual Arts Center. This wood framed educational facility and gallery was built as a replica of the existing 1800's carriage house and included four studios designed for ceramic, printmaking, and studio instruction. Highland's work also included renovations to the daycare and administration offices. With educational classes enrolled, the finished buildings have fulfilled Agassiz Baldwin Community's long held vision. At its October 6, 2010 grand opening Cambridge Mayor David Maher noted the center "reflects the spirit of Cambridge and the value of the arts".
