The Highland Method

Development

Highland carries a diverse portfolio with a focus on multi-family mixed use assets. We handle the identification, entitlement, development and sale or leasing of land and existing real estate assets that fulfill the risk, return and term parameters of Highland and their range of institutional and high-net worth investors.

Construction

As a general contractor, we create the highest level of trust and integrity with our clients. We value our role in your project, and take all the steps necessary to ensure the end result is one that meets your needs and makes us proud.  We custom tailor our services to fit each particular client’s needs and budget constraints.  We take pride in our projects, and strive to build long-standing relationships within our community.

Experience

The Highland Development team encompasses a wide range of refined expertise in the four main sectors we focus on; Mixed Use Development, Office, Education, and Healthcare. Highland’s value proposition is rooted in the talent we employ, the collective experiences we bring to each project and the collaborative, hands on approach unique to a company our size. As a nimble, entrepreneurial organization, we provide a client experience that is truly differentiated from the large GC model.
